Application Fields of Chip Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors:
MLCC can be applied to various circuits, such as oscillation circuits, timing or delay circuits, coupling circuits, decoupling circuits, flat filter circuits, high-frequency noise suppression circuits, bypass circuits, etc. In recent years, it has also been widely used in DC/DC converter circuits and charge pump converter circuits. The operating frequency of these power circuits has been increased to 1-3MHz, and MLCC has excellent performance in this frequency range. It not only reduces energy loss, ripple voltage, and increases conversion frequency, but also has a small size and low cost (replacing tantalum electrolysis), which is of great significance for portable products.
The Development Direction of Chip Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors:
1. In order to meet the needs of portable communication tools, chip multilayer capacitors are also developing towards low voltage, large capacity, ultra small and ultra-thin direction.
2. In order to adapt to the development of certain electronic devices and equipment towards high power and high voltage resistance (mostly military communication equipment), high voltage, high current, high power, ultra-high Q value, low ESR type medium and high voltage chip capacitors are also an important development direction at present.
