Pusher Furnace Characteristics:

  1. The furnace body is composed of three detachable sections. Three exhaust ports are installed on the top of the furnace at the front end for discharging combustion waste gas.
  2. The furnace chamber are made of special grade corundum mullite (high temperature zone); Heavy high aluminum (low temperature zone)+high-strength anti peeling alumina hollow ball products+lightweight insulation bricks+high temperature fibers; The slide adopts a bottom side solid dense alumina 99 corundum high-temperature wear-resistant material, and the plug brick material is high-strength anti peeling alumina hollow ball product. The furnace interfaces are all constructed with mortise and tenon joints.
  3. Design a push plate positioning baffle for the furnace worktable. The working area of the furnace tail plate is 1.5 meters long, and a roller conveyor is designed in the middle;
  4. Propulsion section: Mechanical propulsion is adopted, and the propulsion guide rod is designed with dust-proof and slag proof leather covers;
  5. Temperature Control System: Imported intelligent temperature control instruments and thyristor power controllers are used to achieve automatic temperature control according to the process temperature curve;

    It is equipped with PID regulation, self-tuning, temperature compensation, alarm and protection for overheating, sound and light alarm for thermocouple breakage, sound and light alarm for silicon molybdenum rod melting and rod breakage, and other functions;

   Six temperature zones can be independently started and stopped, achieving silicon carbide rod replacement operation in a single temperature zone to prevent rod breakage and whole furnace shutdown.
