Based on the electrical properties of the tested product (MLCC capacitor),and following customer-defined process,this tester will screen and sort the product's withstand voltage (TV) and insulation resistance (IR). Unqualified and qualified products are categorized and sorted into corresponding receiving bins based on their grades. Additionally, the system incorporates data statistics and collection functions,allowing product measurement results to be saved in a file for convenient viewing.
