Based on the electrical properties of the tested product (MLCC capacitor),and following customer-defined process,this tester will screen and sort the product's capacity (CP) and dissipation factor (DF). Unqualified and qualified products are categorized and sorted into corresponding receiving bins based on their grades. At the same time, it can also synchronously display and summarize the detection results.

The operation is simple and efficient, using advanced PLC for system control. By clicking the relevant operation buttons on the touch screen, the equipment automatically transfers the carrier board to the testing fixture for testing.
Capacity and Dissipation Factor tests are conducted simultaneously:Equipped with one test instruments(E4981A or E4980AL), or others.
Type of loading and subsequent measurement of sorted capacitors: Test Plate (sorted capacitors are loaded into test plates in which their capacitance and dissipation factor are measured)
