1、 What is low-pressure printing
Low pressure printing refers to the process of ensuring printing quality. The printing pressure that porcelain tiles can withstand is very low;
The low-pressure printing standard defined by us: Ceramic tile pressure<10g/mm (width unit), for example: If the printed ceramic width is 100mm, the ceramic tile pressure<1000g.
2. Why do we need low-pressure printing
Ⅰ. Prevent the contamination of the bottom material of the mesh, ensure smooth printing pattern boundaries, no burrs, and no ripples;
Ⅱ. Prevent concave printing patterns, ensure full and rounded printing patterns, and improve the surface roughness of printing;
Ⅲ. Increase the printing thickness and improve the uniformity of the printing film thickness;
Ⅴ. Prevent low-strength chips from shattering.
3、 How to achieve low-pressure printing
Ⅰ. Ensure the stability of the pressure applied by scraping spores;

4、 Can low-pressure printing ensure consistency in printing film thickness
Ⅰ. Low pressure printing adhesive has less squeezing force on the slurry, improves the pattern indentation, and can achieve good printing surface roughness. The smaller the roughness, the higher the consistency of printing film thickness;
Ⅱ. Smaller printing indentations make the printed pattern thicker, which is why it is called thick film printing;
