The Roll to Roll Stackers were specifically developed for high layers count applications need to be stacked automatically, for MLCC, LTCC, HTCC or other similar components; • German Backhoff PC Control System • Ethernet communication, real-time monitoring and display • Each axis uses Japanese YASKAWA servo motors, which have high operating accuracy and good stability • Stable performance, simple operation, high alignment accuracy
Main Features:
◆ Pressure system: using servo oil pressure system, pressure range 1000kgf~20000kgf.
◆ Vacuumize the press area to reduce the entry of air into the bar block during stacking
◆ Top and bottom platform, heater euipped, MAX:100℃±3%; Depth of parallelism:±10 um.
◆ Carrier film removed,four knifes for trimming
◆ EPC system correction, edge accuracy ± 0.2mm
