This Auto Line Include:

1. Automatic implantation machine  :  One Set;

The main function of the equipment is to automatically apply adhesive tape to the JIG board, quickly implant the product into the JIG board, level and fit it, and also detect and collect long materials on the JIG board for the next process operation.

2. Automatic termination dipping machine: Two Sets;

The equipment includes JIG board feeding mechanism, JIG board moving feeding mechanism, sheet silver dipping system, and slurry spreading mechanism.

3. Automatic drying oven Ⅰ: One Set;

The system consists of a chip carrier system, a chip carrier circulation wheel transmission mechanism, a drying hot air system, a chip carrier feeding mechanism, a chip carrier retrieving mechanism, a chip carrier transferring mechanism, and a control section.

After the temperature stabilizes, the temperature difference between the highest and lowest points of the center line of the same JIG plate in the furnace at three points on the left, right, and middle sides is less than 10 ℃.

4. Automatic flipping machine: One Set;

Apply adhesive tape to the second side of the JIG board, stick the product, and then remove the first side of the tape to facilitate the next process operation.

5. Automatic drying oven Ⅱ: One Set

6. Automatic unloading machine: One Set

Tear off the second adhesive tape of the JIG board using by servo motor and unloading.
